- • As a Customer Retention Specialist I at HighLevel Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our growing base of over 2 million businesses, ensuring long-term satisfaction and reducing churn by proactively addressing customer needs and maximizing platform value.
- • Day to day, you will engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to identify retention risks, provide personalized guidance on platform features, troubleshoot usage challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues that impact customer success and loyalty.
- • You will be part of a global, remote-first team of over 1,500 members across 15+ countries, working within a mission-driven culture that values creativity, collaboration, and putting people first while supporting agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses in scaling their digital growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer lifecycle management, gain hands-on experience with an AI-powered sales and marketing platform processing billions of events daily, and build transferable skills in consultative support, data-informed outreach, and customer advocacy that advance your career in customer success and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers empathetically and clearly via written and verbal channels
- • Experience in customer support, client success, or account management, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
- • Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and digital communication platforms
- • Ability to analyze usage patterns and identify at-risk customers based on engagement metrics
- • Self-motivated and organized with strong time management in a remote, fast-paced setting
- • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts such as lead nurturing, conversion funnels, or customer journey mapping
