  • • As a Customer Service Agent at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting millions of car owners by helping them manage and modify their insurance policies through one of the nation’s fastest-growing fintech platforms. Your work directly contributes to customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring seamless service experiences for policyholders navigating changes to their coverage.
  • • You will handle inbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency, addressing a wide range of service requests including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, issuing policy documents, and clarifying coverage details or benefits. Each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and reinforce Jerry’s reputation as the #1 rated AllCar app.
  • • A key part of your role involves proactive retention efforts—identifying customers at risk of policy cancellation and working collaboratively to find solutions that meet their needs, thereby reducing churn and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
  • • You will operate within a supportive, remote-first environment equipped with company-provided tools and ongoing mentorship, enabling you to grow your expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance while receiving full sponsorship for your P&C license within the first 60 days of employment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably handling insurance, financial services, or related inquiries.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and clearly explain complex policy information in simple terms.
  • • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and navigate multiple systems or platforms simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
  • • Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire (Jerry will cover licensing costs).
  • • Proficiency with basic computer applications and comfort learning new software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred.
