  • • In this pivotal remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued existing customers, providing exceptional support as they navigate changes to their current insurance policies. You will leverage our extensive network of over 55 insurance carrier partners to assist customers with a wide array of service requests. This is more than just a customer service job; it's an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the financial well-being and daily lives of our rapidly growing customer base.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include expertly handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. You will be instrumental in processing essential policy modifications, such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and efficiently distributing policy documents. A deep understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and benefits will be crucial as you guide customers through their options and assist them in making informed decisions about their coverage.

You will identify policyholders who may be at risk of cancellation and engage them with tailored solutions and empathetic support, working diligently to retain their business and ensure their continued satisfaction with Jerry. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of handling inbound customer inquiries.
  • • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced setting.
  • • Strong passion for helping others, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and proficient with standard computer applications and CRM systems.
