- • Day-to-day responsibilities include answering routine questions about products and services from internal and external customers, effectively resolving inquiries or escalating concerns in a timely manner, and using strong attention to detail to perform a wide range of support functions that assist departmental processes. The role involves following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks, applying existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with minimal need for discretion, and utilizing basic communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and team members. 🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

- • Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Remote Desktop
- • Demonstrable CRM proficiency
- • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word for form coding
- • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
