  • • Serve as a technical resource embedded within the Customer Success team to accelerate time-to-value for new and existing customers.
  • • Join live customer calls to provide real-time technical support during onboarding, especially for accounts requiring rapid setup or complex configurations.
  • • Guide customers through technical implementation steps including CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), field mapping, enrichment workflows, and lead routing logic.
  • • Conduct ad hoc onboarding sessions and host office hours to unblock customers facing technical challenges with Popl’s platform.
  • • Assist Customer Success Managers with the technical aspects of implementation without owning the full end-to-end integration process.
  • • Configure Popl for unique or advanced customer use cases that require specialized data logic, workflow adjustments, or non-standard setups.
  • • Translate non-technical customer requirements into actionable technical recommendations for platform configuration.
  • • Partner with the Integrations Program Manager to surface real-time customer feedback, edge-case patterns, and product improvement opportunities.
  • • Act as an internal technical resource for Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams by clarifying platform behavior and configuration nuances.
  • • Participate in cross-functional enablement sessions to increase technical fluency across Customer Experience and Go-to-Market teams.
  • • Proactively identify and resolve implementation blockers during fast-moving customer rollouts.
  • • Ensure technical knowledge is consistently shared and documented to improve team-wide efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • • Maintain a hands-on, problem-solving mindset focused on clarity, speed, and customer confidence during critical technical interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Implementation, RevOps, Technical CSM)
  • • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and HR platforms like Azure Active Directory, Workday, and Google Workspace
  • • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to clearly explain technical workflows to non-technical users
  • • A highly independent operator who is also deeply collaborative—comfortable working across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
  • • Quick to jump into live customer calls, proactive in solving blockers, and confident owning the "how" of implementation
