- • Customer Success Specialist with accounting expertise to support commercial clients in maximizing value from Sibill’s financial operating platform for SMEs and accountants.
- • Guide new clients through onboarding and platform configuration, including financial and accounting settings; provide first-level technical support and resolve issues.
- • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships; act as a trusted partner ensuring a smooth and valuable experience.
- • Collect and share client feedback with product and tech teams; help design scalable Customer Success processes as the team grows.
- • Bridge between product, tech, and commercial teams; contribute actively to product and process improvement.
- • Work in a fast-growing, ambitious, and pragmatic company backed by top international investors, redefining financial operations for Italian businesses.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting firms, commercial studios, finance, or controlling.
- • Interest in transitioning to a role combining Customer Success and Account Management.
- • Enjoy working with clients and solving complex problems.
- • Comfortable with technology (no programming required, but understanding how systems work).
- • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- • Clear and confident communicator.
