- • This Customer Success role at ElevenLabs is pivotal in driving enterprise adoption and expansion of the company’s AI-powered Agents Platform across the ANZ region, directly contributing to revenue growth and long-term customer success by ensuring technical implementations deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • The position bridges technical expertise and strategic account management, enabling enterprise clients to successfully deploy, scale, and optimize conversational AI agents while identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities that increase product stickiness and net revenue retention.

- • The Customer Success team is a critical lever in scaling ElevenLabs’ enterprise footprint, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product to transform technical success into durable revenue streams and deepen customer relationships across voice, chat, and multimodal AI applications.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI agent deployment, gaining hands-on experience guiding Fortune 500 and high-growth companies through complex integrations, performance optimization, and scalable rollouts—positioning you at the forefront of applied AI in customer experience.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by owning expansion outcomes, improving agent reliability and user satisfaction through data-driven insights, and helping shape best practices for AI agent adoption in enterprise environments—skills that are highly transferable and increasingly valuable in the evolving AI landscape.
- • Day to day, you will partner directly with enterprise customers to advise on agent design, including persona development, conversation flow architecture, and voice customization tailored to brand identity and use case specificity.
- • You will guide customers through best practices for deploying agents across web, mobile, and telephony channels, ensuring seamless integration with existing telephony systems, CRM platforms, and backend data sources via APIs and SDKs.
- • You will analyze agent performance metrics and conversational logs to detect friction points—such as drop-off rates, misclassifications, or latency issues—and recommend optimizations that improve accuracy, reliability, and end-user experience at scale.
- • You will proactively identify expansion opportunities within your account portfolio, driving cross-sell of ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI products by demonstrating how deeper agent usage unlocks additional value across marketing, development, and customer service functions.
- • You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to translate technical success into commercial outcomes, preparing business cases, delivering executive briefings, and supporting renewal and upsell conversations with data-backed insights.
- • You will maintain a disciplined cadence of customer check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and health assessments to monitor adoption, satisfaction, and risk, intervening early to prevent churn and strengthen relationships.
- • You will contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting customer use cases, integration patterns, and lessons learned, helping refine product offerings and enable scalable delivery models across the ANZ market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the ANZ region
- • Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities
- • Strong understanding of the ANZ market landscape and cultural nuances
- • Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents, API integrations, SDKs, and technical troubleshooting in enterprise environments
- • Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and interpret performance data
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
