- • The Customer Success Associate (CSA) - Account Manager is a key member of the Account Services Department within Wolters Kluwer’s Business Licensing (BL) Team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring seamless delivery of licensing services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships for 5–150 accounts, receiving and processing new order requests, providing regular status updates on projects and renewals, handling 50–75 emails daily with accuracy and courtesy, scheduling and leading client meetings, and maintaining the integrity of license records and client data.
- • The CSA works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve barriers to licensure, anticipate client needs, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- • The role is part of Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information, software, and services, where the CSA will develop expertise in regulatory compliance, client relationship management, and business licensing processes while contributing to team success and client retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 1–2 years of customer service and/or licensing experience
- • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with clients, government agencies, and internal teams
- • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy in managing client data and project workflows
- • Proficiency in Windows-based environments, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
- • Ability to work independently, manage pressure, multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing regulatory environments
