- • As a Customer Success Associate at Nextpatient Inc., you will play a vital role in helping medical practices adopt and thrive with the company’s patient engagement software, directly contributing to improved patient experiences and operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, configuring the NextPatient suite to meet practice-specific needs, advocating for client-driven product improvements through regular collaboration with the product team, and building strong, trusted relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- • You’ll join a small, agile team of 40 professionals dedicated to transforming outdated healthcare software into intuitive, patient-friendly tools used by thousands of medical offices nationwide — all without external funding, allowing the company to remain focused on product quality and client success.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep product expertise, gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and SaaS support, and grow into managing your own portfolio of clients as you build confidence and skills, positioning yourself for advancement within the Client Success team.
