- ⢠As a Customer Success Associate - Bookkeeper at Ambrook Inc., you will be the vital link between our innovative financial platform and the hardworking family-run businesses that form the backbone of America's real economy. - ⢠You will be the trusted face and voice of Ambrook, engaging directly with customers through written communication, phone calls, and video interactions. Your primary objective is to ensure they have a seamless and positive experience as they navigate our product, from initial setup to ongoing utilization and troubleshooting.
- ⢠This contract position offers flexibility, requiring 20-40 hours per week, with the understanding that some evening and weekend availability is necessary to support our customers across different time zones and operational schedules.
- ⢠A core responsibility will be to achieve mastery of the Ambrook platform. This involves developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of all features, functionalities, and best practices, enabling you to confidently guide customers through complex processes and resolve any issues they encounter.
- ⢠You will become an expert in agricultural bookkeeping and the broader farm finance ecosystem. This includes understanding the unique financial challenges, workflows, and needs of producers, allowing you to provide tailored support and advice.
- ⢠Your day-to-day will involve handling customer support inquiries via chat, email, and phone. This requires providing prompt, accurate, and friendly responses, ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued.
- ⢠You will lead live onboarding sessions for new customers, guiding them through the setup of their accounts, migrating data from legacy systems, and demonstrating how Ambrook can transform their financial management.
- ⢠A key aspect of your role is to translate complex accounting concepts into simple, understandable terms. Whether explaining a Profit & Loss statement, the nuances of chart of accounts, or the importance of reconciling transactions, your ability to make financial literacy accessible is crucial.
- ⢠You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Ambrook product and customer experience. By identifying patterns in customer questions, recognizing friction points, and gathering feature requests, you will provide structured, actionable feedback to our product, design, and engineering teams.
- ⢠Within your first month, you will immerse yourself in Ambrook's product, features, and diverse customer base. You'll independently manage the support chat, conduct your initial live onboarding calls, and begin building strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across different departments.
- ⢠By the end of your first three months, you will be managing a significant volume of customer interactions, consistently delivering exceptional support. You'll be a go-to resource for customers seeking guidance on accounting principles and will be actively contributing to process improvements and documentation to enhance our scaling efforts.

- ⢠Strong bookkeeping or accounting background with practical experience managing financial records using software tools.
