- • The role is essential to maintaining Ideals’ industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) and G2 ratings by serving as a trusted advisor who bridges sales, product, and client needs across high-stakes use cases like M&A, fundraising, and clinical trials.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in pre-sales demo calls to support Field Sales with product overviews, assisting in project launch and initial deal flow management, and conducting client kick-off trainings for both new and existing customers to ensure successful onboarding.
- • Managing a portfolio of Premier clients and Field Sales accounts involves nurturing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and guiding clients through subscription renewals and upgrades based on evolving business needs.
- • The Associate provides ongoing support via email, phone, and Zoom for product and billing inquiries, prepares renewal documentation and proposals, and assists clients with contract-related questions to reduce friction in the renewal process.
- • Additional duties involve conducting exit interviews with churned clients and NPS detractors to gather actionable feedback, securing positive reviews and testimonials, and supporting the broader Customer Success Manager (CSM) team with ad hoc client-related initiatives.
