  • • In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with Mama Money's services. This involves regular communication, understanding their usage patterns, and providing tailored support and guidance.
  • • You will proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for product development and service enhancement.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to educate customers on the full capabilities of our platform, helping them to maximize their benefits and achieve their financial goals through our services.
  • • You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible and escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer journey and to advocate for customer needs.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of customer success principles and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You will be expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of Mama Money's products, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • • You will contribute to the development and refinement of customer success strategies, playbooks, and best practices, helping to scale our operations as we continue our rapid growth.
  • • By actively monitoring customer health scores and engagement metrics, you will identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies to mitigate churn.
  • • You will be a key player in onboarding new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one and understand the value proposition of Mama Money.
  • • Your ability to analyze customer data and identify trends will be crucial in providing strategic insights to the wider team, helping us to make data-driven decisions.

  • • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms is a plus.
