This pivotal role sits at the dynamic intersection of Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Legal departments, demanding exceptional organizational prowess and clear communication to orchestrate a truly seamless and supportive customer experience.
  • • You will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of a high-volume portfolio of customer renewals, a critical function for sustained business growth and customer retention. This involves meticulously overseeing the entire renewal lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful contract closure, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each client.
  • • A key responsibility will be the generation of accurate and timely quotes, the efficient processing of orders, diligent tracking of sales forecasts, and the prompt collection of purchase orders. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to financial administration.
  • • You will actively support agreement negotiations, working collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams. Your contribution will be vital in reaching mutually beneficial outcomes that foster long-term partnerships.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with both Customer Success and Revenue teams. Together, you will proactively identify potential risks to customer retention and, conversely, uncover valuable opportunities for account expansion and growth, contributing directly to the company's revenue objectives.
  • • You will be empowered to leverage innovative digital strategies to deliver scalable value to our customer base. This approach will supplement the personalized engagement provided by Customer Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring a consistent and high level of support across all customer segments.
  • • In partnership with Account Executives, you will play a supportive role in facilitating upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Your efforts will help expand the adoption of Pluralsight's solutions within existing accounts, driving deeper customer engagement and increased revenue.
  • • Maintaining the utmost accuracy in customer records and contributing to the reliability of sales forecasts and the overall health of customer accounts will be paramount. This data integrity is crucial for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
