- • Provide supportive, high-touch customer success engagement to prospective and existing clients primarily via SMS and scheduled phone consultations.
- • Monitor and respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries and client communications with empathy, clarity, and timely follow-up.
- • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction, awareness of next steps, and progress toward their wellness goals.
- • Conduct consultative conversations using open-ended questions to understand client concerns, treatment history, and personal health objectives.
- • Schedule and coordinate phone consultations with clients using Calendly or similar scheduling tools for deeper, real-time discussions.
- • Accurately document all client interactions, progress notes, and outcomes in the company’s CRM and scheduling platforms.
- • Support client retention by offering tailored resources, nudging clients to book appointments, and addressing barriers to continued engagement.
- • Collaborate with the team to refine onboarding, support, and retention processes based on direct client feedback and observed outcomes.
- • Maintain strict adherence to privacy standards and data accuracy when handling sensitive health and wellness information.
- • Operate on a flexible, on-call schedule with availability to respond to client inquiries during East Coast business hours (~16:00–24:00 GMT).
- • Remain available during slower periods to ensure rapid response to new leads or urgent client follow-ups without requiring active engagement at all times.
- • Leverage technology tools to streamline communication, documentation, and client tracking in a telehealth-forward environment.
- • Demonstrate a genuine interest in health and wellness services, including familiarity with telehealth, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or concierge medicine.
- • Use basic Excel functions to set up tracking sheets and generate simple data reports to support client progress monitoring.
- • Balance flexibility with reliability, ensuring consistent responsiveness while managing a part-time workload.
