- • The Customer Success Coordinator 4 at DocGo Inc. plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination of mobile health services by managing patient visit scheduling, dispatching field units, and maintaining clear communication across teams and patients. This role is essential to delivering timely, high-quality care in a 24/7 healthcare operation, directly supporting DocGo’s mission to revolutionize proactive healthcare delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing incoming calls via the proprietary CAD system, documenting interactions in CRM, coordinating clinician schedules and patient visits through the DARA platform, managing appointment changes (cancellations, reschedules, no-shows), dispatching field units, providing updates during delays, and ensuring visit readiness by verifying patient information. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor, supporting internal staff with scheduling adjustments, and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
