• • The Customer Success Coordinator supports the Customer Success team at Scholastic Inc., playing a vital role in enabling smooth operations that help deliver book fairs to over 35 million students annually, advancing the mission to inspire a lifelong love of reading.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating reports, assisting with Salesforce documentation, administering payroll and PTO processes, ordering and distributing office and technology supplies, maintaining distribution lists, attending and documenting team meetings, and contributing to team building and training initiatives.
• • The role operates within Scholastic Book Fairs, a mission-driven organization that partners with schools nationwide to host over 127,000 book sale events each year, promoting educational access and literacy.
• • The coordinator will develop strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills while gaining exposure to CRM systems, team leadership support, and corporate processes in a values-driven environment focused on care, respect, and lifelong learning.
