  • • As a Customer Success professional for EMEA - Western Europe at ElevenLabs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and expansion of cutting-edge AI voice and creative platforms across key enterprise and startup accounts in France and the broader Western European market. Your work directly contributes to customer retention, revenue growth, and the successful deployment of ElevenLabs’ suite of products—ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI—ensuring clients realize tangible value from advanced generative AI technologies.
  • • Day to day, you will partner with customers to design and execute tailored onboarding and enablement strategies that accelerate time-to-value across web, mobile, and backend integrations. You will conduct regular business reviews, monitor product usage and performance metrics to detect early signs of friction or underutilization, and proactively recommend optimization paths. You will also lead technical enablement sessions, advise on best practices for deploying AI agents and API-based solutions, and serve as the trusted advisor for customers navigating complex implementations.
  • • You will own commercial outcomes for a defined portfolio of accounts, with clear ownership of Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This includes identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewal cycles, qualifying and closing upsell and cross-sell initiatives—particularly around multi-product adoption—and collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align technical success with commercial growth.

You will join a global, distributed team of researchers, engineers, and operators who prioritize excellence, experimentation, and customer outcomes over titles or bureaucracy.   • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI adoption, particularly around voice, generative media, and agent-based systems. You will sharpen your strategic account management, technical fluency with APIs and SDKs, and data-driven decision-making skills—all while working on products used by industry leaders like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the post-sales motion for a rapidly scaling AI platform and grow into broader leadership roles within Customer Success, Go-to-Market, or Product Strategy as the company scales.
