  • • As a Customer Success Enablement Manager at MagicSchool Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the effectiveness of the Customer Success organization by designing and delivering enablement programs that drive customer adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion for a rapidly growing generative AI platform serving over 7 million educators worldwide.
  • • You will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing leadership to ensure post-sale teams are consistently prepared, aligned, and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the lifecycle, directly contributing to MagicSchool’s mission of making education more efficient and equitable through AI.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing scalable, multimodal enablement programs (live training, self-serve modules, and role-play exercises) that standardize skill development across all CSM tiers and ensure consistent execution of customer engagement methodologies.
  • • You will analyze CSM performance data from tools like Gong and other sources to identify skill gaps, surface operational trends, and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • • You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate new feature releases into actionable workflows and readiness plans, ensuring the Customer Success organization is fully prepared for product launches and seasonal demand periods such as Back-to-School.
  • • You will strengthen CS management capabilities by implementing consistent leadership rhythms, account review structures, and strategic decision-making frameworks across regions to improve coaching, forecasting, and team alignment.
  • • You will work closely with Customer Success leaders to diagnose performance breakdowns, co-design targeted training interventions, and deploy rapid enablement solutions that stabilize execution and improve key metrics like retention and expansion.
  • • You will define and manage cross-functional enablement projects with clear goals, success metrics, and feedback loops, bringing structure and consistency to a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • • You will contribute to a mission-driven culture where educators are centered in every decision, and your work will directly support MagicSchool’s values of innovation, responsibility, community, and excellence in AI-powered education.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, preferably within the EdTech industry, with a track record of supporting Customer Success strategy and enablement focused on adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, multimodal enablement programs (live, self-serve, role-play) that drive consistent execution and skill development across customer-facing teams.
  • • Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data (e.g., from Gong or similar tools) into actionable insights and strategic GTM recommendations for leadership.
  • • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, capable of driving alignment and readiness without direct authority over Product, Marketing, or Sales teams.
  • • Proven success in scoping, defining, and managing cross-functional projects with measurable goals, early metrics tracking, and structured feedback loops.
  • • Strategic systems thinking, with the ability to define and implement scalable frameworks, processes, and leadership rhythms that support organizational growth.
