📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Engineer at Skyflow, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of the Skyflow Privacy Vault and API, ensuring secure and compliant handling of sensitive data across industries like fintech, healthtech, and retail.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical customer consultations, manage onboarding processes, triage and resolve production incidents, coordinate cross-functional responses during escalations, participate in an on-call rotation for critical issues, and help build and scale the technical support function.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Skyflow, a data privacy vault company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Palo Alto, working remotely from India to support a global customer base with complex data localization and privacy compliance needs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data privacy architecture, cloud platforms, API-centric systems, and incident response while mentoring junior team members, influencing product improvements through customer insights, and gaining recognition as a subject matter expert in privacy-by-design implementations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years technical experience working on SaaS technology platforms
- • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- • Experience working with python or javascript
- • Experience with incident response, production issue triage, and customer escalation management in a SaaS or cloud environment
- • Working experience with cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Microsoft Azure)
- • Experience with API centric development technologies (OAS, GraphQL, REST, micro-services patterns and concepts)
