đź“‹ Description
- • As a Customer Success Engineer at Finvari Technologies Inc., you will serve as the technical champion for customers, leading seamless onboarding, supporting integrations, and resolving complex technical issues to ensure maximum value from the Finvari platform. This role is critical to customer retention and satisfaction, directly impacting the company’s mission to eliminate manual payment processes in the construction industry by empowering users with reliable, efficient software.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical onboarding and implementations, ensuring customers are configured correctly and confidently from day one; troubleshoot complex data, integration, and API issues with end-to-end ownership to minimize disruption; design and configure solutions that align with customer workflows while balancing technical feasibility and business needs; identify recurring issues and proactively drive improvements in processes, documentation, and product feedback; create and maintain clear, scalable documentation to reduce repeat inquiries and improve team efficiency; partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence product direction; and operate independently in a fast-moving environment, using sound judgment to prioritize and solve problems without waiting for detailed direction.
- • Finvari is a close-knit, experienced team with a proven track record of building and scaling successful software companies, some of which have gone public. The company is driven by innovation, creativity, and an obsessive focus on customer success, fostering a collaborative and autonomous culture where team members are empowered to make a direct impact. Located in Seattle with hybrid flexibility, the team values in-person collaboration once a week for team lunches and strategic alignment, while supporting remote work flexibility.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS customer success, technical account management, and enterprise integration—particularly within the construction and fintech spaces. You will sharpen your ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value, strengthen your problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and gain visibility into product strategy through direct customer feedback loops. Success in this role can lead to growth into senior technical customer-facing roles, solutions architecture, or product management paths within the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Specialist
- • Strong experience with SQL, data querying, and working with both structured and unstructured data
- • Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations, APIs, and complex technical issues from identification through resolution
- • Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms and understanding how systems interconnect across customer workflows
- • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes
- • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity to investigate and solve problems
🏖️ Benefits
- • 100% premium coverage for employee health insurance premiums and partial coverage for dependents
- • Health Savings Account with a company contribution
- • Flexible Spending Account Options for Health Care and Dependent Care
- • Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
- • 11 paid company holidays plus a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy
- • Stock options to participate in the company’s success
