📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Engineer at Crogl, you will empower high-performance security teams by shaping the future of our cutting-edge security analytics platform, ensuring successful deployments and maximizing value for customers.
- • You will lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations, serve as a trusted technical advisor, act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, and deliver technical demonstrations during the sales process to drive adoption.
- • You will join a growing, fully autonomous AI team at Crogl, where self-starters committed to excellence thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment focused on revolutionizing security operations with AI.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in security analytics, AI systems, and enterprise infrastructure while contributing to internal knowledge bases and helping build the Customer Success Engineering function from the ground up.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles with a strong emphasis on customer-facing engagements
- • Familiarity with API and data integration, including understanding of coding languages such as TypeScript, Go, or Python
- • Experience deploying applications into secure customer networks composed of cloud and data center infrastructure
