- • As a Customer Success Engineer at Battle Road by Onebrief, you will operate at the intersection of engineering and mission execution, deploying cutting-edge simulation technology directly into military training environments to ensure warfighters can train, plan, and make decisions more effectively.
- • You will spend at least 50% of your time onsite with military customers, working in classified and air-gapped systems to deploy, configure, and extend AtomEngine, troubleshoot issues in real time during high-visibility exercises, and adapt simulations live based on stakeholder feedback.
- • You will partner with core product and engineering teams to translate real-world operational needs into code improvements, write production-quality features using languages like C#, Python, or C++, and improve documentation to ensure scalable, repeatable deployments across customer sites.
- • You will teach technical concepts to mixed audiences, engage senior military officers with clarity and professionalism, and serve as the trusted technical advisor whose work directly influences how legacy simulation systems are replaced with modern, operationally relevant technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role with hands-on development
- • Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language used for application or game-adjacent development (e.g., C#, Python, C++, GDScript)
- • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites
