  • • As a Customer Success Engineer II at Procore Technologies, you will serve as a trusted advisor and product champion for General Contractor customers, driving adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes through strategic use of Procore’s construction management platform. Your expertise will directly impact how construction firms optimize workflows, reduce risk, and improve project profitability.
  • • You will make data-driven recommendations based on customer usage analytics and industry benchmarks, helping clients identify underutilized features and implement best practices that align with their operational goals and growth objectives.
  • • Craft and deliver compelling, value-based presentations and workshops—both in-person and virtual—that translate technical capabilities into tangible business benefits, accelerating platform adoption and expanding usage across departments and project lifecycles.
  • • Proactively communicate product roadmaps, release updates, and new feature highlights to ensure customers stay informed and can leverage the latest innovations to maintain competitive advantage in their markets.
  • • Lead and coordinate technical demonstrations and solution workshops, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Sales, Professional Services, Support) and external partners to address complex customer needs and configure tailored Procore implementations.
  • • Act as a technical account manager by providing responsive, high-touch support through clear communication, troubleshooting, and guidance, ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and empowered to succeed.
  • • Mentor and support fellow team members by sharing knowledge, contributing to team best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centricity across the organization.
  • • Develop deep mastery of Procore’s product suite—including project management, quality and safety, financials, and field productivity tools—as well as construction industry workflows, enabling you to speak credibly with contractors, project managers, and field supervisors.
  • • Travel up to 50% of the time to client sites, industry events (such as ENR or ABC conferences), and Procore offices to build relationships, conduct on-site assessments, and facilitate training and change management initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of direct experience in the construction industry, with preference for backgrounds in general contracting, project management, site supervision, estimating, or project engineering.
  • • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales, or a related client-facing technical role involving software adoption and implementation.
  • • Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to quickly learn and master complex software platforms, including Procore’s product suite, and articulate its value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with confidence delivering impactful in-person and virtual presentations to diverse audiences, including executives and field teams.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting usage data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements to drive customer outcomes.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

  • • Competitive base salary range of $83,200 - $114,400 USD annually, with on-target earnings potential between $104,000 - $143,000 USD when including bonus incentives.
