- • As a Customer Success Executive at Hippocratic AI, you will serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems, driving the successful implementation and adoption of the company’s safety-focused generative AI platform in real-world clinical environments. This role is critical to ensuring that Hippocratic AI’s technology delivers measurable improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, and staff satisfaction by acting as the trusted advisor and execution lead onsite at health systems.
- • You will spend 75-80% of your time onsite at client locations, functioning as a forward-deployed implementation lead responsible for end-to-end post-sale delivery, including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, training, and sustained adoption across nursing and clinical teams. Your presence will bridge the gap between technology and practice, ensuring that AI tools are seamlessly integrated into daily operations to support better outcomes.
- • You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders — from front-line nurses and clinicians to operational leaders, IT teams, and C-suite executives — positioning yourself as a go-to partner who understands both the clinical realities and strategic goals of the health system.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in health systems, including customer success, account management, or project management within clinical or operational healthcare environments.
- • Proven experience leading complex, onsite implementations of technology solutions in healthcare settings, particularly involving workflow integration and staff training.
- • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of a healthcare organization — from front-line staff to executives.
- • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) as they apply to technology adoption.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- • Willingness and ability to travel 75-80% of the time, including overnight and out-of-state trips to client sites.
