- • Serve as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at assigned client healthcare locations.
- • Own post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner.
- • Lead product implementations by aligning Hippocratic AI’s AI-powered solutions with existing nursing workflows and operational processes in real-world clinical environments.
- • Train nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective use of Hippocratic AI tools, ensuring sustained adoption and measurable success.
- • Identify opportunities to improve patient care outcomes and operational efficiencies using AI tools, particularly in bedside care and broader healthcare operations.
- • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of operational concerns.
- • Collaborate with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and enhance user experience.
- • Establish and track key metrics to measure success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies, and present results to both client and internal stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with client leadership to share AI implementation best practices, including presenting at conferences and webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.
- • Operate autonomously in a client-embedded role, requiring independent decision-making and proactive problem-solving.
- • Fulfill all client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations mandated by healthcare facilities.
- • Travel 25-50% of the time, including overnight and out-of-state trips, to support onsite engagements with client health systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management
- • Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
- • Strong understanding of healthcare industry workflows and regulatory requirements
- • Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements including drug screening and vaccinations
- • Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role
