- • As a Customer Success Executive, Forward Deployed at Hippocratic AI, you will serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems, ensuring the successful implementation, adoption, and scaling of the company’s safety-focused generative AI platform in real-world clinical environments.
- • You will spend multiple days per week onsite at assigned healthcare facilities, leading post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, training nursing and clinical staff, and managing day-to-day client relationships to drive measurable outcomes and sustained adoption.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare AI implementation, strengthen executive and clinical stakeholder engagement, influence product roadmap through frontline feedback, and achieve measurable improvements in patient care outcomes and operational efficiency while working alongside industry-leading experts in AI and healthcare transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management
- • Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
- • Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
- • Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements including drug screening and proof of vaccinations
- • Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role with minimum 80% travel
