  • • As a Customer Success Executive at Hippocratic AI, you will serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems, driving the successful implementation and adoption of the company’s safety-focused generative AI platform in real-world clinical environments. This role is critical to ensuring that Hippocratic AI’s technology delivers measurable improvements in patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and staff satisfaction by acting as the trusted onsite advisor and execution lead for health system clients.
  • • You will spend 4–5 days per week onsite at assigned client locations in New Orleans, leading post-sale delivery through workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building strong relationships with frontline staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams; training healthcare teams on effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions; identifying opportunities to improve workflows and patient care using AI tools; managing day-to-day client relationships; collaborating with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities; establishing and tracking success metrics such as adoption rates and operational efficiencies; and presenting results to both client and internal stakeholders. You will also travel periodically to Hippocratic AI’s offices in Palo Alto for strategic planning and team sessions.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare AI implementation, change management, and clinical workflow optimization while building a track record of driving measurable impact in complex health systems. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of health systems experience, including customer success, account management, or project management
  • • Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
  • • Exceptional relationship-building skills across an organization, from front-line staff to executives
  • • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements
  • • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
  • • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams onsite
  • • Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role
  • • Experience deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS) in healthcare settings (nice-to-have)
  • • Advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance standards (nice-to-have)
  • • Background in healthcare consulting, transformation initiatives, or system-wide implementations (nice-to-have)
  • • Experience presenting outcomes and best practices at conferences or executive forums (nice-to-have)
