  • • As a Customer Success Executive at Hippocratic AI, you will serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems, driving the successful implementation and adoption of the company’s safety-focused generative AI platform in real-world clinical environments. This role is critical to ensuring that Hippocratic AI’s technology delivers measurable improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, and staff satisfaction by acting as the trusted advisor and execution lead onsite at client locations.
  • • You will spend 4–5 days per week onsite at assigned healthcare facilities in New York, leading end-to-end post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, training, and adoption across nursing and clinical teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building strong relationships with front-line staff, operational leaders, IT, and executives; training healthcare professionals on effective use of AI tools; identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and patient outcomes; managing client relationships; collaborating with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay feedback; and establishing and tracking key success metrics such as adoption rates, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiencies to present to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management
  • • Proven experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
  • • Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels of a healthcare organization, from front-line staff to C-suite executives
  • • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously in fast-paced, client-embedded startup environments
  • • Experience deploying or scaling technology (AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS) in healthcare settings (nice-to-have)
  • • Background in healthcare consulting, transformation initiatives, or system-wide implementations (nice-to-have)
