- • As a Customer Success Executive at Hippocratic AI, you will serve as an embedded partner within client healthcare systems, driving the successful implementation and adoption of the company’s safety-focused generative AI platform designed to transform patient outcomes through autonomous clinical conversations.
- • This role is critical to ensuring measurable impact in real-world clinical environments by bridging cutting-edge AI technology with frontline healthcare operations, directly contributing to Hippocratic AI’s mission of reinventing healthcare with safety-first innovation.
- • You will spend multiple days per week onsite at assigned client locations in Philadelphia, leading post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical teams while building trusted relationships with staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include training healthcare staff on effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools, managing day-to-day client relationships, and collaborating with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- • You will establish and track key success metrics such as patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies, presenting results to both client and internal stakeholders to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
- • The role requires extensive travel to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, as well as periodic visits to Hippocratic AI’s Palo Alto office for strategic planning and team sessions, ensuring alignment between client needs and company innovation.
- • You will partner closely with the Customer Success Director and act as the tip of the spear for Hippocratic AI within assigned health systems, sharing best practices from AI implementation at conferences and webinars to advance industry knowledge.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of health systems experience, including customer success, account management, or project management
- • Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
- • Exceptional relationship-building skills across an organization, from front-line staff to executives
- • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams onsite
- • Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role
