You will gain invaluable, hands-on experience across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding and seamless deployment to driving deep product adoption and fostering long-term loyalty and renewal.
  • • This internship offers a comprehensive immersion into the world of Customer Success, providing a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and functional skill development. You will learn to strategically partner with global brands, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Okta's platform delivers tangible, measurable outcomes. Your journey will involve understanding key Customer Success concepts such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Return on Investment (ROI), and the strategic development of success plans that align with customer goals.
  • • On the technical front, you will build a solid foundation in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust security principles, critical components in today's digital landscape. Furthermore, you will explore the cutting-edge application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within Customer Success best practices, positioning you at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • • Functionally, this role will hone your communication and presentation skills. You will learn to articulate the complex business value of Okta's sophisticated products and solutions through compelling presentations and persuasive storytelling, tailored for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders. You will also develop the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into clear, understandable language, a crucial skill for bridging the gap between technology and business needs. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with various cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Renewals, Marketing, and Customer Advocacy, to collectively drive impactful business outcomes for our clients.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include observing and learning from experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs), gaining insights into their strategies for customer onboarding, understanding competitive landscapes, and mastering IAM best practices. You will be introduced to and learn the intricacies of Okta's Scale Customer Success motion and playbook, a proven framework for delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale. You will actively participate in projects that require you to communicate the business value of Okta’s products and solutions through presentations and effective storytelling.
  • • You will also be involved in collaborative efforts with teams such as Sales, to understand the customer acquisition process; Engineering, to grasp product development and support; Renewals, to learn about customer retention strategies; Marketing, to understand customer engagement campaigns; and Customer Advocacy, to explore how we leverage customer success stories. This cross-functional exposure is designed to provide a holistic view of how Okta operates as a leading SaaS company and how Customer Success is integral to our overall strategy and success.
  • • This internship is structured for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented problem solvers, capable of analyzing data and deriving actionable insights. You should possess strong communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable presenting ideas to various audiences. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conducting market research to generating comprehensive reports, is essential. A genuine passion for the SaaS/Cloud industry, with a specific curiosity for the critical role of Identity in securing the world's leading brands, is highly valued. This is a full-time, 12-week commitment during Summer 2026, with a hybrid work model: in-office Monday through Thursdays and remote on Fridays, based in our Dublin, Ireland office.

  • • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and Summer 2027.
  • • A proactive learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • • Genuine interest in the SaaS/Cloud industry and a curiosity for Identity and Access Management (IAM).
