  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise clients transform their B2B purchasing processes through Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform, directly contributing to customer retention, expansion, and long-term value realization in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
  • • You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial customers across industries—including technology, finance, healthcare, and consumer brands—by defining and tracking business outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor on procurement best practices, and ensuring high adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty through proactive engagement and data-driven health monitoring.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partnering with customers to identify champions across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Privacy/Compliance teams; translating customer needs into product feedback for engineering and product teams; training users to become self-sufficient platform specialists; collaborating with Sales on renewal strategies to achieve target Net Revenue Retention (NRR); and continuously improving Customer Success processes in an early-stage, innovative environment.
  • • You will work closely with world-class engineering, product, and sales teams at Zip—a company backed by $370M in funding from Y Combinator, Tiger Global, BOND, DST Global, and CRV, and trusted by industry leaders like OpenAI, Snowflake, Anthropic, Coinbase, and JPMorgan Chase—to shape the future of enterprise procurement while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven workflows and global market expansion.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS customer success, procurement technology ecosystems, and cross-functional stakeholder management, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor capable of driving measurable efficiency gains and process transformation for some of the world’s most innovative organizations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, with preference for B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Procurement experience (including sourcing, vendor management) or familiarity with procurement and enterprise technologies such as ERP (NetSuite, Coupa), HRIS (Workday), CLM, GRC, JIRA, or ServiceNow workflow management tools.
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapid rapport and trust with customers, combined with strong project management skills to handle a dynamic portfolio of enterprise clients.
