📋 Description

• Customer Success Manager role at a tech-enabled, ISO 17025-accredited testing lab that turns results around in ~3 days.
• The role is responsible for delivering an 11-star onboarding experience, keeping every relationship warm and churn risk low, owning the software migration, rolling out the full Transparency Suite to existing accounts, being the voice of the customer to Product, running the numbers and reporting them weekly, spotting the testing opportunity and passing the ball, and automating the grunt work, then building your own team.
• The ideal candidate has a customer-facing track record, charisma, on camera and in writing, a fanatic attention to detail, startup DNA and total ownership, AI-native, and is relentless over email and Slack.
• The company is looking for someone who is married to the mission of making the food system more transparent.
• The role requires strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a US-based team.
