  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise clients transform their B2B purchasing processes through Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform, directly contributing to customer retention, expansion, and long-term value realization in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
  • • You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial customers across industries—including technology, finance, healthcare, and consumer brands—by defining and tracking business outcomes, driving platform adoption, and ensuring customers achieve measurable efficiency gains and cost savings through strategic guidance and continuous engagement.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as a trusted procurement advisor to stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Compliance teams; conducting regular business reviews; identifying and nurturing internal champions; translating customer feedback into product insights; and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and support renewal and expansion efforts.
  • • You will leverage data-driven adoption metrics to monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and design tailored enablement plans—including training sessions, workflow optimization recommendations, and best practice sharing—to empower customers to become self-sufficient product experts within their organizations.
  • • You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world customer needs into actionable feature requirements, while managing expectations and ensuring alignment between customer goals and product capabilities, all within Zip’s fast-paced, innovation-focused culture.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success processes, assets, and playbooks, helping to scale the function as Zip expands globally, and will have the opportunity to shape best practices in a category-defining company backed by top-tier investors and serving industry leaders like OpenAI, Snowflake, Coinbase, and JPMorgan Chase.
  • • You will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, procurement transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management, gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven business solutions and building a network of influential professionals across Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably within a B2B SaaS or high-paced technology environment.
  • • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives and technical teams, through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing dynamic customer portfolios and driving outcomes through structured processes and attention to detail.
  • • Business process orientation, including the ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using diagrams, logic frameworks, or process mapping techniques.
  • • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to identify gaps, take ownership, and support colleagues across functions to drive collective success.
