Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at Binalyze Limited, you will own the strategic and commercial success of a portfolio of 25–40 US enterprise security customers, with direct accountability for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), playing a pivotal role in driving retention, expansion, and long-term customer value in a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing account strategies, leading business reviews with senior security and IT stakeholders, driving proactive renewal planning, identifying and advancing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales, owning escalations by coordinating internal technical resources, and translating customer insights into product and go-to-market improvements using AI and automation to enhance forecasting and outcomes.
