- • As a Customer Success Manager at Cin7 Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using Cin7’s inventory management solutions, directly contributing to customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
- • Day to day, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, conducting regular check-ins, identifying usage patterns, providing product guidance, resolving issues proactively, and collaborating with internal teams to drive adoption and expansion of Cin7’s platform across multiple sales channels.
