  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Bloomreach, you will be the key contact point for a portfolio of approximately 20 customers, treating them as your own business space — driving strategy, growth, and value at every stage of the cooperation.
  • • You will build long-term relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor and industry expert, and ensure that Bloomreach’s Engagement product delivers value aligned with client goals, while fostering win-win outcomes for both client and company.
  • • You will join the Client Services Team, working either from one of Bloomreach’s Central European offices or remotely on a full-time basis, contributing to a company that powers personalization for over 1,400 global brands using its Loomi AI engine.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, marketing analytics, and customer lifecycle management, while gaining autonomy to drive outcomes independently and grow into a strategic partner for enterprise clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years of work experience, ideally 2+ years in B2B SaaS within online retail, e-commerce analytics, or marketing, preferably as an Account Manager, CSM, or similar role.
  • • Ability to understand and apply analytical concepts to assess business stages, identify key KPIs, and interpret metrics such as customer lifetime value, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
  • • Working proficiency in English (required); Russian is highly valued; French, Italian, or Spanish are nice to have.
  • • In-depth knowledge of business trends and the ability to quickly grasp clients’ business models, with familiarity in e-commerce, marketing, and emerging sectors like marketing automation, data science, and personalization.
