Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at a fast-growing precision health company, you will own and grow B2B partnership accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for partners using clinical-grade microbiome testing solutions.
• • Day to day, you will manage the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monitoring customer health metrics, identifying risks, driving retention and expansion, managing offshore support resources, maintaining account documentation, building scalable playbooks, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to improve the partner experience.
