- • As a Customer Success Manager at a fast-growing precision health company, you will own and grow B2B partnership accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for partners using clinical-grade microbiome testing solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full partner lifecycle including onboarding, regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monitoring customer health metrics, identifying risks, driving retention and expansion, managing offshore support resources, maintaining account documentation, building scalable playbooks, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to improve the partner experience.
- • The company is a fast-growing precision health platform founded by scientists and physicians, using clinical-grade testing and genomic technology to deliver personalized, actionable insights for consumers and practitioners, making preventive, data-driven care more accessible in the health and wellness space.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B customer success within healthtech, build scalable systems and processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, drive measurable partner retention and growth, and gain experience influencing product and service improvements through customer feedback advocacy.
