  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Typeform, you will partner with Enterprise customers to help them achieve their business goals by driving activation, adoption, retention, and expansion through product training, use case exploration, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • • You will work with new and existing Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure they maximize the value of Typeform’s platform and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • • Typeform is a leading form builder used by over 150,000 businesses to create engaging surveys, quizzes, and forms that generate 500 million responses annually, integrating with tools like Slack, Zapier, and HubSpot.
  • • You will collaborate across Sales, Support, Product, Community, and Marketing teams to deliver feedback that informs product development and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • • You will monitor customer health using internal tools, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate renewals, and deliver account insights to leadership.
  • • You will coach customers on optimizing their use of Typeform, troubleshoot engagement gaps, and foster continuous improvement in customer experience and internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in customer success or a customer relationship management role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • • Strong track record of driving account expansions and renewals
  • • Process-driven and analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer usage data and trends
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • • Natural curiosity, collaborative spirit, and passion for delivering high-quality customer service
