- • As a Customer Success Manager at rePurpose Global, you will be the primary advocate for our B2B software platform, ensuring consumer brands successfully adopt, engage with, and derive measurable value from our sustainability compliance and packaging intelligence tools.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, conducting regular business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, troubleshooting usage challenges, and acting as the voice of the customer to inform product development and feature prioritization.
- • You will join a mission-driven, VC-backed tech startup at the forefront of sustainable innovation, working alongside cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and sales to scale impact in the global packaging industry.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS customer lifecycle management, sustainability regulations (such as EPR and plastic tax frameworks), and data-driven client advisory — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the growing green tech space.
