- • The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with Regnology’s software solutions for the finance industry.
- • Manage a diversified portfolio of customers, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships through proactive engagement and consistent communication.
- • Develop and implement customized customer success plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, challenges, and usage patterns of Regnology’s products.
- • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, identify adoption gaps, and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- • Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor customer health, predict churn risks, and guide strategic interventions that improve retention and expansion.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate potential customer risks, including low engagement, technical issues, or misalignment with product capabilities, to ensure long-term retention.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on customer feedback, drive product improvements, and coordinate go-to-market initiatives.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, providing guidance on best practices, feature utilization, and process optimization.
- • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for the Product team to influence roadmap priorities and enhance solution relevance in the finance sector.
- • Track and report on key success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Customer Health Scores, and renewal rates to demonstrate impact and guide strategic decisions.
- • Educate customers on new product releases, feature updates, and industry compliance requirements relevant to financial services regulations.
- • Lead onboarding processes to ensure seamless adoption and rapid realization of value from Regnology’s software solutions.
- • Partner with Customer Support to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and elevated customer experience.
- • Participate in quarterly business reviews with key clients to evaluate progress against objectives, review performance data, and co-create next-step growth strategies.
- • Continuously refine customer success methodologies based on industry trends, internal feedback, and emerging best practices in SaaS customer retention.
- • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Regnology’s software offerings and how they address specific pain points within the finance industry.
- • Act as an advocate for the customer internally, ensuring their voice is heard in product development, service delivery, and organizational strategy.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, outcomes, and milestones within CRM systems to ensure organizational alignment and accountability.
- • Support the scaling of customer success operations by documenting processes, creating training materials, and mentoring junior team members as the team grows.
- • Be available to accommodate time zone differences for global customer engagement as needed, working remotely from Colombia.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by staying informed about financial technology trends, regulatory changes, and customer success frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SaaS or software company
- • Deep understanding of financial industry software solutions and regulatory environments
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and drive retention/expansion
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to inform customer success strategies
