• • The Senior Customer Success Manager is a critical role within the account team, focused on driving customer outcomes, value realization, and expansion through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring North American customers receive delighted experiences with PTC solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to executive, technical, and program teams, managing adoption programs for key accounts, and serving as the voice of the customer to influence product development and market strategy.
