  • • As a Customer Success Manager at Compa Technologies, you will partner with the company’s largest enterprise customers to drive adoption, usage, and long-term value from its AI Agents products, acting as a trusted advisor in a high-impact role that directly influences product success and customer outcomes.
  • • Day to day, you will lead structured onboarding for new AI Agents customers, drive early expansion by activating additional use cases, monitor and improve adoption metrics, create and evolve customer playbooks, and proactively identify underutilized features to increase day-to-day usage and measurable outcomes.
  • • You will work within a collaborative, curious, and driven team at Compa, a venture-backed AI startup headquartered in Irvine, California, with sites in Denver and San Francisco, serving enterprise clients like NVIDIA, Stripe, DoorDash, OpenAI, and Moderna, and valued for transparency, ownership, and continuous learning.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep strategic relationships with customers, act as a advisor aligning Compa’s data and AI Agents to business goals, gather and prioritize customer feedback to influence product roadmap, and build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to elevate collaboration and customer impact.
