Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager at MariaDB plc, you will be responsible for the general health of the customer base, ensuring timely renewals, expanded usage, and reduced churn while also contributing to new and expanded sales in your territory. This role is critical to maintaining and growing relationships with strategic customers who rely on MariaDB’s open-source database and SaaS cloud platform to power essential applications used by billions worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact between strategic customers and internal stakeholders, foster and grow customer relationships by acquiring tribal knowledge and identifying champions, articulate the value of MariaDB’s offerings to drive engagement and adoption, guide post-sale activities including onboarding and advocacy, coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues, report customer feedback to Product Management, and qualify opportunities through timely follow-ups per company SLAs and best practices.
