  • • As a Customer Success Manager at GovWorx, you will be a critical partner to public safety agencies, ensuring they realize maximum value from AI-powered hiring, training, and retention solutions after onboarding.
  • • You will drive product adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction by guiding agencies on best practices, introducing new features, and delivering ongoing enablement through training and strategic reviews.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor and product champion, building strong relationships with stakeholders in law enforcement, fire, EMS, and 9-1-1 operations to align platform usage with agency goals.
  • • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to influence roadmap decisions while monitoring health and addressing risks to support retention and renewal.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Onboarding Consultants and Client Account Managers to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to refining success playbooks and engagement strategies.
  • • You will manage escalations by coordinating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication with customers.
  • • You will track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics to assess account health and proactively intervene when risks emerge.
  • • You will help agencies fully leverage the GovWorx platform to improve operational outcomes for supervisors, trainers, call takers, dispatchers, officers, medics, and leaders.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience working in or with 9-1-1 QA, Training, or Operations, or prior experience in Law Enforcement, Fire Service, or EMS.
  • • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and guide customers.
  • • Experience driving product adoption and customer engagement in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • • Ability to understand customer goals and translate them into actionable guidance for platform usage.
  • • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • • Comfortable leading customer conversations, trainings, and strategic reviews.
