  • • Customer Success Manager at CDW Corporation is a pivotal role focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by managing the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal and expansion. This position is essential to CDW’s mission of delivering exceptional technology solutions and building long-term partnerships with customers across business, government, education, and healthcare sectors.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, support, and product) to resolve issues and align on customer needs, guiding customers through product adoption to ensure value realization, monitoring customer health indicators and usage trends to identify risks and opportunities, conducting regular account reviews, preparing data-driven reports using tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel, supporting contract renewals in partnership with sales teams, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, gathering and documenting customer feedback for continuous improvement, and maintaining proficiency in CDW’s internal systems including Repair Engine and Trainual.

Success in this position can lead to advancement into senior customer success, account management, or leadership roles within CDW’s expanding customer experience organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or customer-facing project management, with technology-related experience preferred.
  • • Proven experience supporting customer retention, renewals, or account management activities.
  • • Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities effectively.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 20% during peak periods to meet customer needs or attend internal/external events.
