- • As a Customer Success Manager at Beamery Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer value and retention by managing enterprise relationships and ensuring successful adoption of Beamery’s AI-powered HR technology platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of customer engagement for an assigned book of enterprise clients, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, monitoring platform adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and resolving escalated issues in collaboration with Support, Engineering, and Product.
- • You will work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth transitions post-deployment, leverage customer relationships for references and case studies with Marketing, and advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
