- • As a Customer Success Manager at Remarcable Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform by driving onboarding, retention, and growth, directly impacting customer satisfaction, product adoption, and company revenue.
- • Day to day, you will guide new customers through onboarding, conduct product training and demonstrations, serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, monitor customer health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and proactively engage to prevent churn while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- • You will join a Series A–funded SaaS company revolutionizing construction technology, working with a builder-led team that eliminates procurement and operational friction for contractors, especially electrical contractors, through a SOC 2 Type II–certified platform processing billions in material purchases.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS customer success, develop strategic account management skills, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, and gain experience in a high-growth, mission-driven environment focused on advancing technology adoption in the multi-billion-dollar construction industry.
