- • As a Customer Success Manager at MariaDB plc, you will be responsible for the general health of the customer base, ensuring timely renewals, expanded usage, and reduced churn while driving new and expanded sales in allocated territories. This role is critical to maintaining and growing relationships with strategic customers who rely on MariaDB’s open-source database and SaaS cloud platform to power essential applications used by billions worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact between strategic customers and internal stakeholders, foster and grow customer relationships by acquiring tribal knowledge of customer organizations, identify champions, articulate product value, guide post-sale support activities including onboarding and adoption, coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues, report customer feedback to Product Management, and qualify opportunities through timely follow-ups per company SLAs and best practices.
