- • As a Customer Success Manager at Junction Oy, you will own a portfolio of 25–40 accounts in the digital health and mid-market segment, driving end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion, ensuring customers achieve meaningful value quickly and sustainably.
- • Day to day, you will conduct impactful quarterly business reviews, proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor account health using usage and engagement data, and serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to inform product improvements.
- • Junction is a mission-driven health tech startup backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels, building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare to make patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices, with a focus on personalized, proactive, and affordable care.
- • In this role, you will help define what great customer success looks like for wearable and digital health customers, shape evolving processes, contribute to AI-powered efficiency initiatives, and grow your expertise in a technically complex, fast-moving environment where your input directly influences product and strategy.
