- • As a Customer Success Manager at OpenAI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence by supporting advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of advertising partners, helping them achieve their business objectives while upholding OpenAI’s commitment to user trust, platform integrity, and ethical AI deployment. Your work will directly contribute to long-term partner success and the sustainable growth of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, acting as their primary point of contact and guiding them through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of OpenAI’s ads products. You will analyze campaign performance data to provide clear, actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and identify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and incremental investment. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations teams to resolve issues, enhance platform value, and surface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy. Additionally, you will help build scalable processes and best practices that support the growth and efficiency of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystem.
- • You will join a mission-driven Sales team at OpenAI that partners closely with customers to deeply understand their businesses and needs, helping inform the development of products and solutions that drive meaningful revenue growth and long-term success on the platform. The team operates with strong standards for user trust and platform integrity, ensuring that AI is deployed safely and responsibly while delivering value to advertisers and advancing OpenAI’s broader mission of ensuring artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in digital advertising, account management, and AI-powered platforms while honing your ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. You will strengthen your cross-functional collaboration skills, build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and gain experience shaping product strategy through customer insights. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to responsible AI deployment practices and grow your impact in a fast-moving, innovative environment at the forefront of technological advancement.
